30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

If your order meets one of these conditions, you’re eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and get back to you as quickly as possible with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
